Ruminant

The ruminant are animals Herbivore S which are capable of régurgiter of food in order to it remastiquer. By ruminants, one includes/understands primarily the animals of the sub-order of the Ruminantia , but of other animals ruminate like the Camelidae , the Colobe S ( Colobus , Piliocolobus , Procolobus ) but also the russet-red Kangourou. The digestive mechanisms are not identical for all these species, rumination is an example of evolutionary Convergence.
