• Sunday Night Heat Royal Rumble Qualification match: Lo Down (D' Lo Brown and Chaz) (W Tiger Ali Singh) def. Kaientai (TAKA Michinoku and Funaki) (1: 57)
• Chaz carried out fallen on Funaki to have a partiticpation in Royal Rumble for a member of its team (although during the show Vince McMahon gave the place to Drew Carey).
• The Dudley Boyz (Bubba Ray and D-Von) def. Edge and Christian to gain WWF Tag TEAM Championship (9: 59)
• Bubba Ray carried out fallen on Edge after a 3D.
• Chris Jericho def. Chris Benoit in a Ladder match to gain Intercontinental WWF Championship (18: 44)
• Jericho décrohait the belt to carry it.
• Ivory (W Steven Richards) def. Chyna to preserve WWF Women' S Championship (3: 32)
• Ivory carried out fallen on Chyna.
• After the match, Chyna (Kayfabe) was transported in an ambulance.
• Kurt Angle (W Trish Stratus) def. Triple H (W Stephanie McMahon-Helmsley) to preserve WWF Championship (24: 15)
• Angle carried out fallen on Triple H after Steve Austin struck it with the title of the WWF and a Stone Cold Stunner carried to him.
• During the match, Stephanie and Trish fought. The brawl was to be stopped by Vince McMahon, but both continued to fight by behind.
• Steve Austin gained Royal Rumble 2001 (1: 01: 55)
• the last two participants were Steve Austin and Kane. Austin sent Kane over the third cord after three blows of chair and a clothesline.
