Rotary printing-press

In Printing works, the rotary is a press being used to print uninterrupted, in black or Quadrichromie, using paper in reels.

The rotary printing-presses use the system of impression known as offset, or also the Héliogravure and the Flexographie. Certain more elaborate machines can form and fold the books, the Massicot er, to connect them, make cuttings or to affix certain completions on paper. They are generally intended for long pullings (of a few hundreds of thousands to several million specimens), contrary to the machines “sheets”.

She was invented in 1865.
