Robert Fergusson

Robert Fergusson (September 5th 1750 - October 16th 1774), is a Scottish poet born with Edinburgh.

He was distinguished like poet. Its poetries are written the ones in pure English, the others in the Scottish dialect; these last are estimated.

Robert Burns took it for model.

The collection of its poetries was printed with Glasgow, 1813, 2 vol. in-12, with its life by David Irving.
