Political rights and Human rights

It is difficult to establish a strict border between political rights and Human rights. The freedom of thought is for example a principle common to the political rights and the Déclaration of the Human rights and the Citizen of August 26th, 1789, which provides in its article 10 that " No one should not be worried for its opinions, even religious, provided that their demonstration does not disturb the law and order established by the Law ".

To include/understand what one understands by political rights, in the broad sense, it is necessary to plan the whole of individual freedoms necessary to the operation of a democracy.

Thus, one will conclude by recalling that the political rights vary according to the countries, and that they remain more developed in the modes known as democratic.
