Richard Seguin , born the October 7th 1772, with Transfers, dead the January 23rd 1847, in the same city, historian French.
He east is author of a Histoire of the Chouannerie and restoration of the religion and monarchy in France , Vire, 1826 - 1844, 2 vol. in-18. He moreover published under his name various works which, according to the continuators of the literary France of Quérard, would have been given according to the manuscripts of the Abbé Lefranc, superior of the house of Caen, massacred with the Carmelite friars in 1792:
