Raoul-Marc Jennar was collaborator with the government, then at the Belgian Parliament. He is also a Walloon militant. He took an active part in the Walloon Pétitionnement and rejoined as of his beginnings the Walloon Rassemblement of which he founded the section of Jodoigne.Between 1989 and 1998, he was diplomatic adviser of the International forum of ONG in Kampuchea, consulting near the provisional Autorité of the United Nations in Kampuchea and person in charge of the program " Culture of peace in Cambodge" for UNESCO. He has worked for 15 years with the service of governmental organizations: since 1999, it works as researcher for Belgian ONG Oxfam Solidarité; it is interested particularly in the file of the World Trade organization (OMC). It is also one of the founders and organizers of “the Research unit, formation and information on the globalisation” (URFIG) of which it is one of the researchers. He is also researcher for the Fondation Copernic.
He is consulting for GUE/NGL with the the European Parliament and is the author of several books on the world commerce, of which “Europe, the treason of the elites”, on what he affirms being a tender of the European Union to the interests of the great industry groups and financial. This book was worth the Price to him 2004 Friends of the Diplomatic Monde.
