Randy Gilhen
Randy Gilhen (born the June 13rd 1963 with Double-decker in Germany) is a former professional player of Hockey in North America.
Career in club
It begins its career in 1979-80 in the Western Hockey League (WHL) while playing for the Blades de Saskatoon and in 1982 it takes part in the fishing out of entry of the National league of hockey. The Whalers de Hartford choose it in sixth round and he plays two matches in the LNH of the season 1982-83. Thereafter, the center will play in minor leagues (WHL, international Ligue of hockey, American Ligue of hockey) before regouter to the LNH in 1987-88 with the Jets of Winnipeg. Two seasons later, it gains finally its place and becomes titular of the team.In 1989-90, it joined the Penguins de Pittsburgh and gains the Coupe Stanley the following year. It leaves the frankness and joined thereafter the teams from the Kings of Los Angeles, of the Rangers of New York, the Lightning de Tampa Bay and of the Panthers of Florida before joining the club which gave him the first a place in the LNH: jets.
It will have been selected for two fishings out of expansion: 1991 and 1993.
In 1997-98, it puts an end to its career after two seasons in the international League of hockey while playing for the Moose of Manitoba (today frankness from the LAH).
