Ragnar Rylander
Ragnar Rylander is a researcher Swedish which worked with the Université of Geneva while being to the pay of Philip Morris International. This professor was under contract with the cigarettier since 1972 and it produced a great quantity of research minimizing or denying the harmful effects of the tobacco. The bonds the binder with Philip Morris were discovered in March 2001 by Pascal Diethelm, former executive of WHO and Jean-Charles Rielle doctor-person in charge of CIPRET-Geneva (center of prevention of the nicotinism). After many legal adventures, professor Ragnar Rylander was recognized guilty of “scientific fraud without precedent, in the field of the Passive smoking” by the court of justice of Geneva.
