Raúl Isaías Baduel
Raúl Isaías Baduel , born on July 6th, 1955 in Las Mercedes (Guarico) is a general-in-chief of the army vénézuelienne and ex-minister (relieved) of the popular capacity to defense (Minister equivalent for defense).
Biography
In 1976, it obtains its license of the school of sciences and art of warfares.It is one of the four founders of the MBR-200, revolutionary movement bolivarien, on December 17th, 1982 with in particular Hugo Chávez.
Shortly after the coup d'etat of April 11th, 2002, then ordering base of Maracay, it threatened to go on Caracas against the officers putschists. Forty seven hours after having invested the presidential palace of Miraflores, the putschists are constrained to give up the capacity: Chavez returns to the report heading.
June 24th, 2006, it is named Minister for the defense of the republic bolivarienne of Venezuela.
July 18th, 2007, it east dislocated its functions and replaced by the General one as a chief Gustavo Reyes Rangel Briceño.
November 5th, 2007, it appears against the reform constitutional approval by the Parliament Venezuelan. He asks the people Venezuelan to vote NO with the référundum December which is the ratification of the reform. He proclaims new the " lider of the oposicion". Chavez qualifies her remarks of true Baduel treason would betray her own president and the people. He criticizes in particular the policy of Chavez, showing it not to create the socialism of the 21st century but to make capitalism of state (where the state controls and has all the companies), false socialism, like had made the USSR with Lénine and Stalin.
Traditional destroyer of capitalism, it pleads for the foundation of a State which could institute social justice without disavowing freedoms of the liberal democracy.
