QEV
QEV : Who Are You? The QEV is a management system of chart of subscribers used on the decoders satellite (and soon TNT). The operator can block the terminals whose serial numbers are known as being terminals not declared and/or stolen, which blocks the terminal and not the chart. It is the case at TPS where only the valid charts give access to the clear or encrypted programs.
