Psychotropine
The psychotropine (Panaceum) was presented, in the number of April 1st, 2003 of the review Prescrire , like a “treatment of the psychological and psychiatric affections resisting therapeutic usual”, about deprived of side effects. It was actually about a Poisson from April intended to encourage the critical spirit of the readers of the review.
