Psychological expertise
The psychological expertise is a mission which calls upon a Psychologue - expert profession which, unfortunately and within sight of the stakes, is still too badly defined.
In Justice the Psychological - expert establishes starting from the questions of the Juge, an analysis - a psychological Examen - relating to the mental state of a victim, an attacker or any other person which are confronted with civil or penal justice.
As for the expert Psychiatrist, this activity sometimes gave place to abuses, the expert is supposed all to include/understand or to explain of a punishable act and, sometimes, the judge arrives at almost delegating his responsibility to the experts " psys". This situation in particular gave place to tragic businesses (Outreau), the driving whole with a disqualification the role of the expert. Either its opinion is word of Gospel or, it is systematically disparaged. This last situation becomes now frequent, a return of beam, with the result that one minimizes for example the psychopathological disorders of some " délinquants".
In France, the Graphologie remains still a tool of expert extremely discussed.
