Progestatifs microphone-proportioned

Called also micro progestatifs.

Composition: micro progestatifs (derivatives norstéroïdes), not of estrogens.

Mechanisms of actions:

modifications of the cervical glaire.
modifications endométriales (unsuitable nidation)
not of blocking of ovulation (the micoprogestatifs are thus a risk factor of uterine extra pregnancy).

Counter-indications : not of absolute counter-indication . It is a good alternative to the oestroprogestative pill in the event of counter-indication with this one.

Undesirable effects: métrorragies, spotting, amenorrhoea.

Methods of regulations: 1 compressed per day at fixed hour, without period of stop (even during the rules). Effect that after the first 14 days of catch.
