Pretium doloris
Pretium doloris (literally of Latin: the price of the pain): they are the pains tested at the time of the accident and the medical care which followed, until the date of consolidation.
It is evaluated on a scale going of 1 (very light) to 7 (very important) in the same way as the esthetic Préjudice.
One will hold account for his evaluation of the nature of the lesions, the number of surgical operations, the number and the duration of the hospitalizations, the nature and the duration of the Rééducation etc
