Postal frankness

The postal frankness is a provision by which the distribution of certain types of Courrier S is not subjected to stamping, or in other words free.

Some examples of postal franknesses:

  • the military Frankness, applicable to the mail of the soldiers in shift;
  • the frankness granted to the Cécogramme S, for the visually handicapped persons.
