Popular university of Caen

Created in October 2002 by Michel Onfray, the popular Université of Caen functions on a basic principle of exemption from payment. The access of the popular University of Caen, which requires learning neither diplomas nor inscriptions, is opened to all. It does not carry out any control of knowledge nor does not deliver diplomas.
