pol. Cruchten is a realizer Luxembourg, born the July 30th 1963 with Pétange.

Biography

It followed the courses of the University of Cinematographic Studies to Paris in the section realization.

In 1992 it makes its first film Hochzäitsnuecht with the actors Myriam Muller and Thierry Van Werveke. This film made in Luxembourg language, obtained in 1993 the Prix max Ophüls. Philippe Léotard plays one of these last roles in the film Black Dju turned by Cruchten in 1994. During the year 2001, it carries out in the United States the film Boys one the Run with as main actor Ron Perlman. In 2005 it makes the film Perl oder Pica , based on a book of the Luxembourg author Jhemp Hoscheit.
