Plaza Mayor (Salamanque)
The Plaza Mayor is a place of Salamanque (Spain).
It is the most beautiful place of Spain and one of most beautiful of Europe. It is also the monument most characteristic of the town of Salamanque.
Plaza Mayor was built at the 18th century by Alberto de Churriguera, and is of Style baroque. It is there that are held all the festivals and religious ceremonies of the city.
