The Philotechnic Association is a French association, founded in 1848 by the mathematician Eugene Lionnet, working in the training area of the adults. It is resulting from the polytechnic Association animated by Auguste Count.

Operation

Association proposes quality trainings in very varied fields energy of the Chromatic accordion with the Astronomie while passing by the Droit and the Esperanto.

The professors are generally voluntary, which makes it possible to offer quasi free courses, in the course of the evening or saturdays.

Successive presidents

The current president is Alain Besancon. Simone Rozès, Lucien Israel, Pierre-Gilles of Genoa and Emmanuel Roy Ladurie are honorary presidents.
