Philippe Bernat-Rooms , born the February 17th 1970 with Pau, is a player of Rugby to XV, of 1 m 81 per 76 kg. Occupying the station of winger or center, it was the will-o'-the-wisp able to throw into a panic unfavourable defenses, in particular at the time of the world cup 1999.
