Peugeot 106
The 106 is a French small car segment B built by Peugeot between 1991 and 2003 (restylage in 1996). This vehicle was a great success, reflected in one 12 years remarkable lifespan.
History
Impetus the September 12th 1991, in its version three doors with a Forage ladder, the 106 will be available later in alternative five doors only one year. The 106 is technically close to the Citroen AX then will be modified like Peugeot 206 and all other models.
It was restylée in April 1996, then adopting a style close to the news Citroen Saxo (the Sax being largely derived from the 106). The photograph opposite watch one 106 phase 2.
Manufacture stops in July 2003. In 12 years, 2 798 200 specimens were produced with Mulhouse then with Aulnay-sous-Bois.
