One names payment a decision of Justice, at the conclusion of a criminal Procès , pronouncing the setting out of cause (innocence) of shown compared to the facts which were reproached to him and which justified the lawsuit in front of the Court of Assizes. A payment can be the subject of a call.

For the offenses judged by the Magistrates' court, one speaks about Relaxe.
