Paul Georges Marie Dupont of the Cabins (1804 with Rennes - 1886) is ordered bishop the March 5th 1843. It is the 99e bishop of Metz of 1843 with 1886. After the annexation of Alsace and Lorraine, it was Député protester with the Reichstag (1874-1877), where it defended the French cause.
