Pézize
The pézizes are mushrooms Ascomycète S of which the air reproductive apparatus with the form simple and characteristic of a cut. The color varies according to the species, it is often brown or orange, sometimes purplished, bright red, etc the interior of the cut carries the asques drawn up and tightened constituting the Hyménium.
The pézizes belong to the order of the Pézizale S. They train in particular the family of the Pezizaceae but of another kinds and species of comparable form in close families are also called pézizes.
Some pézizes but is considered edible little. As curiosity, one can consume the orange Pézize ( Aleuria aurantia or Peziza aurantia according to classifications) believed, powdered with sugar and sprinkled kirsch. One can also make use of it to decorate with salads.
