Os-Marsillon is a common French, located in the department of the Yrénées-Atlantiques and the area Aquitaine.

Geography

The grounds of the commune are sprinkled by the Baïse of Lasseube and the Luzoué, affluents of the Gave of Pau.

Os and Marsillon were joined together the April 14th 1841.

Culture

In the beginning, Os and Marsillon were two distinct communes. But the rising of Gave emportat one day the church of Marsillon. Finding itself without place of worship, the inhabitants decided to amalgamate their village with the common OS neighbor, thus forming Os-Marsillon.
