Ordinance coil-denying
In the History of England, the Coil-denying Ordinance is a law presented to the Parlement of England by Henry Vane. It aimed at preventing that the members of the Parliament do not occupy of the positions of command in the parliamentary forces of army or marine, at the time of the First English revolution.
The House of Commons the British the master key on December 19th 1644 and the House of Lords, on April 3rd 1645.
