Open Gaz de France

The Open Gaz de France is a tournament of female Tennis of the circuit Professionnel WTA.

It is held with Paris, each year in February, in indoor.

Replacing the Open Clarins with the calendar, the first edition of Open Gaz de France was held with the Zenith (1993) and the following ones with the Stade Pierre de Coubertin.

to note : until the success of Dinara Safina in 2005, all gaining them of the test into simple were or the French , or the world numbers 1 with classification WTA (at one moment of their career) - Amélie Mauresmo cumulating the two characteristics.
