Omer Heel , prosecuting attorney with the Parliament of Paris, a family originating in Ireland, born towards 1595 with Saint-Quentin, died in 1652.

Its career

Wire of an adviser of State, it enters to the bar of Paris in 1613 and became prosecuting attorney of the Parliament of Paris in 1631 after the resignation of his older brother Jacques Talon who was made advise of State.

It showed during the Fronde devotion to the king and the laws, as well as prudence: there defended the prerogative of the Parliament while remaining faithful to the king. The dictionary Bouillet indicates that it was also one of the first to make hear with the bar a healthy language and of good taste, so much so that its contemporaries regard it as the most eloquent member of Parliament of the century.

With his death in 1652, his/her son Denis Talon succeeded to him as prosecuting attorney at the Parliament of Paris.
