Agés is a commune located at the north of the Spain, Municipio (canton) of Arlanzón, comarca (historical community) of “Burgos” in the autonomous Communauté of Castille-and-León, province of Burgos.

Population: 52 inhabitants in 2004.

The Pilgrimage of Compostelle

On the Camino frances of the Pilgrimage of Saint-Jacques-to-Compostelle.
One comes from the Monastère of San Juan de Ortega, the next commune is Atapuerca.

To the exit of the village the Old ones, one passes to 10 meters of the bridge built, on Rio san Juan, by Juan de Ortega.
The passage is not used any more today, but the old work is still visible way.
