Ochronose

The ochronose or alcaptonurie is a secondary state with a deficit in acid homogentisique-oxydase, a Enzyme. It is characterized by the appearance after the third decade of a vertebral Arthrose and large articulations and cutaneous pigmentations prevailing on the cartilagineuses zones (nose, ears…) of color blue gray ( ochronotic pigmentations ).
