Nucleus is a group of Jazz-rock'n'roll British founded in 1969 and directed by Ian Carr.

Nucleus, whose music mixes with the sounds resulting from the rock'n'roll and of environments, as well as an impromptu approach drawn from the jazz, is attached to the École of Canterbury.
