Norman Toupin

Normand Toupin is a politician Québécois and former liberal deputy with the National Assembly of Quebec.

Political experiment

Elected under the liberal banner in 1970 and re-elected in 1973 in the district of Champlain, Normand Toupin was Minister for agriculture and colonization, Minister for agriculture and Minister for the grounds and forests. It is beaten in 1976.
