No5el Nicolas Coypel , born the November 17th 1690 with Paris where he died the December 14th 1734, is a painter French.

Wire of No5el Coypel and half-brother of Antoine which is his elder of almost 30 years, he is often regarded by the historians of art as the member more endowed with the family. Its unobtrusive character seems to have prevented it arriving at famous of the others Coypel and from obtaining the same tops official stations.

Approved by the Royal Academy the December 31st 1716, it was accepted in 1720 with Neptune removing the nymph Amymone like table of reception. Named professor in 1733, he dies prematurely, the following year, in an accident in the home.

He had as a disciple Jean Siméon Chardin.
