Nicholas Frederick Brady (born the April 11th 1930 with New York) is an American politician, member of the Republican party, senator of the New Jersey to the Congrès of the United States in 1982 and secretary with the treasure of 1988 with 1993 under the presidencies of Ronald Reagan and George H.W. Bush.
Graduate of Yale in 1952 and of Harvard in 1954, it is married and has four children.
Nicholas Brady spent 34 years in banking industry in particular in the directions of " Dillon, Read and Company, Inc." , " NCR Corporation" , " Corporation" MITER; , " H.J. Heinz Company".
Nicholas Brady was named on a purely provisional basis Senator of the New Jersey by the Governor of the state and occupied this seat of the April 20th to the December 27th 1982. It replaced the outgoing titular senator thus Harrison Williams Jr. Brady was not presented to the election organized to provide this seat which went then to the democratic Frank Lautenberg.
Nicholas Brady worked since 1983 within the republican administration of Ronald Reagan when this one made the 68ème Secrétaire with the Treasury of it the September 15th 1988. It was confirmed then at this station during all the mandate of George H.W. Bush.
