Network of bus Apolo7

The network of bus Apolo7 was creates in September 1997 at the conclusion of the reorganization of old network TUC. It is today composed of 5 lines which make it possible to carry out 16.000 voyages each day and which on the whole serve 7 cities (Husk-on-Chantereine, Chelles, Courtry, Vaires-sur-Marne, Claye-Souilly, Villevaudé and the Pine), that is to say a territory of 6.600 hectares for 80.000 inhabitants. The network is exploited by the STBC (Trade union of Transport of the Chellois Basin) which employs 74 people of which 60 driver-receivers and who, in addition to the exploitation of the Apolo7 network:
  • ensures the exploitation of line 13 in pool with the Courriers of Ile-de-France (CIF)
  • manages the coach station of Chelles in partnership with the Trade union of Transport of Ile-de-France through Rézoplus.
The STBC is placed under the aegis of the Intercommunity association of Transport of the Chellois Basin and the Surrounding Communes (SITBCCE) which gathers the seven communes that it serves. In ten years of existence, the network saw its frequentation increasing by 40% and her users to profit from 40% of offers in more (assessment at the summer holidays 2007) . This network makes that in one year, the 37 buses which compose the park, traverse more than one million kilometers.

Apolo7 profits, since 2002 , of the progressive renewal of rolling stock : each year, these new buses Citaro, which are delivered to the rate of 3 to 5 new vehicles per annum, have as a characteristic to be:

  • air-conditioned,
  • respectful of the environment while meeting the standards Euro 4 (Euro 5 for the vehicles delivered in 2007),

This place is in the vicinity immediate of the station of Chelles. It skirts the market. It is there that the coach station is located, terminus of the lines has, B, C and E but also of lines 213,312 and the CIF line 13 . It was inaugurated on Friday, September 22, 2000 and is divided into two parts:
  • In the south of the Chilpéric Boulevard is located the descents (except for lines 213 and 312 where the rises and descents are at the same places) .
