A network of proximity

The Anact network for the improvement of the work conditions is composed of:

  • 25 associations regional (ARACT or antenna) Structures of private law, managed in an equal way and financed by State (ANACT-DRTEFP) and the Areas.

The Anact network works in close cooperation with the institutional partners of the companies in the health and professional training, field of application.

The ANACT is equipped with a tripartite board of directors. It gathers representatives of the organizations of employers and employees and representatives of the State. It deliberates on the budget and the work programme on the agency. The ANACT is also equipped with a scientific committee which contributes to the follow-up and the evaluation of the actions carried out by the agency.

The boards of directors of the ARACT are equal, bringing together representatives of organizations of employers and employees. They validate the work programme, follow the realization and manage each association from there.

Missions

Network ANACT for the improvement of the work conditions has the role to improve at the same time the situation of paid and the effectiveness of the companies, and to support the appropriation of the corresponding methods by all the actors concerned.

It helps the companies and the other organizations to develop projects innovating concerning with work.

Network ANACT encourages the companies to place work on the same level as the other economic determinants (produced, gone, technologies…) and privileges the participation of all the actors of the company (direction, framing, paid) in the development projects.

Its work programme is defined in a Contract of Progress signed with the State.
