Muhammad Ben Al-Qasim
Muhammad Ben Al-Qasim Al-Thaqafi (681 or 695 - 717) (Arab: محمدبنالقاسمالثقفي), is an Arab commander who conquered the Sind in 711 (at the age of seventeen or twenty years), under the orders of Al-Hajjaj Ben Yusef, during the reign of the caliph Al-Walid Ben Abd Al-Malik. He became governor of Sind.
