Muad\' Dib

Muad' Dib indicates in Chakobsa, the language of the Fremen in the universe of fiction of Dune of Frank Herbert, a mouse of the desert of Arrakis. Particularly “smart”, the Fremen admire the capacity of survival of these animals in the arid and hard environment.

During its adoption by the Fremen, Paul Atréides selected Muad' Dib like nickname, which does nothing but reinforce the respect incipient near its new people.
