Mourad Medelci

Mourad Medelci (born the April 30th 1943), is a Algerian Politician . Minister for Finance of May 1st 2005 with the June 4th 2007, it is since this date Minister of state, Foreign Minister.

He is Commercial Minister of 1988 with 1989, vice-minister of the Budget of 1990 with 1991. Then Minister for Finance of 2001 with 2002, adviser of the president Abdelaziz Bouteflika
