Mosfellsbær
Mosfellsbær is a small town of the west of the Iceland located at 17km of the capital of the country: Reykjavík. The city has a surface of 197 km ² and a population of 6589 inhabitants (figures of 2004).
The writer Halldór Laxness passed part of his childhood in this city.
