Moroccan interprofessional case of retirements
The Moroccan Interprofessional Case of Retirements , more known sous le nom de' C.I.M.R. , is a association with nonlucrative goal. It was created in 1949, by heads of undertakings which wanted to ensure a serene retirement their employees, by dividing with them the fruits of the growth. It is managed by a Board of directors in which the managers of companies sit among largest and most powerful in Morocco. Its results are each year certified by an independent listener. The perenniality of mode C.I.M.R is followed meadows by the establishment of an annual actuarial balance sheet, certified by an independent actuary. The C.I.M.R. thus manages a mode of retirement for the benefit of the employees. All the benefit which it releases are transferred in the funds and thus benefit the pensions from the associates.
Today still, heads of undertakings which take all the measurement of their social responsibility and seek the means of making progress their company by founding a true partnership with their collaborators, member with the modes of retirement of the CIMR.
