Moose Goheen

Frank Xavier " Moose" Goheen (born the February 9th 1894 with White Bear Lake with the the United States, deceased the November 13rd 1979 with White Bear Lake) was a player amateur of Hockey which evolved/moved at the station of attacker.

Career

Frank " Moose" Goheen started to play in its school team with White Bear. In addition to being very a good player of hockey, he also excelled with the American football and the Baseball at the university of the Indiana.

Goheen was member of St Paul Athletic Club when this one gained the McNaughton trophy in 1916 and 1917. He did not play however the seasons 1917-18 and 1918-19, preferring to serve his country at the time of the First World War. In its return to the civil life, it took part in the Olympic Games of 1920 where it gained with the team of the United States the money medal. Convened in the Olympic team of 1924, he did not answer this convocation because of his employment.

Although having received offers to play in LNH, there preferred to remain amateur and keep his use with Saint Paul with the Northern States Power Company .

Moose Goheen was elected with the Temple of re-elected hockey in 1952.
