Mochlos
Mochlos (in Greek modern Μόχλο) is Greek village located in Eastern Crete, in the names Lasíthi.
This village of fishermen is to 30 km in the east of Agios Nikolaos, on the northern side of the island of Crete.
An small island vis-a-vis the village has a small vault dedicated to holy Nicolas, and Minoan ruins going back to 3000 av. J-C.
Research and excavations are currently in hand in this part of Crete.
