Mitsubishi

Mitsubishi (Japanese 三菱) is one of largest the Sociétés Japan eases.

Foundation

Created in 1870 by Yatarō Iwasaki, it is initially a company of Maritime transport exploiting Steamers. The name Mitsubishi, comes from the house of the boats of the company, which represents three diamonds ( Mitsu- Three and - bishi diamonds or rhombuses).
It is in 1873 that the company takes the name of Mitsubishi Shokai. Under the impulse of its founder, it will become one of the most powerful Zaibatsu of the Japan.
Starting from the end of the 19th century, the company (which manages with it only half of the sea Traffic Japan board) enters a phase of diversification which will lead to the creation of three entities:

At the end of the Second world war, Japan is occupied by the American . The General Mac Arthur control surface country. The Mitsubishi companies are regarded as traditional, rather producing of goods and services top-of-the-range. They are in general very attentive with their brand image. Many works mainly for the administrations.
