A ministerial Cabinet is the authority which second a Ministre in his work and gathers his/her various collaborators.
He is under the responsibility of a Principal private secretary , assisted sometimes by principal private secretaries associated, according to the importance of the ministry. He comprises a certain number of advisers (generally technical) and operations managers who ensure the connection between the Minister and the branches of the administration of his ministry, as well as adviser in communication assisted press attachés and of an adviser in charge of the relations with the Parlement.
In parallel, under the crook of the Principal private secretary, possibly shouldered of an assistant, it includes/understands also several collaborators charged with the organization of the cabinet, the diary and displacements of the minister, the nominations, the electoral constituency of the minister, and finally of the mail.
The whole assisted secretaries, ushers, drivers, bodyguards of the minister and other personnel.
