The microrégion of São Sebastião C Paraíso is one of the ten microrégion S which subdivides the Southern and South-west of Undermined, in the State of the Minas Gerais to the Brésil.

It comprises 14 municipality S which gathered: 276761 inhabitants in 2006 for an total surface area of 5145 km ².
