Microfaune

The microfaune indicates the whole of the very small animals (lower than 0,2mm) present in a given space.

Pédofaune

The microfaune of the ground, or pédofaune, indicates the whole of the very small animals present in the litter and the surface layers of the Humus. These animals measure on average less than 0,1 millimetre.
