Michel Giraud
Michel Giraud is a French politician, born the July 14th 1929 with Pontoise. He was president of the Association of the mayors of France.

Business of the government contracts of Ile-de-France
Its political career is marked by the scandal of the procurement contracts of Ile-de-France where he is condemned on October 26th, 2005 (4 one-year suspended sentences and 80.000 euros of fine) for complicity of Corruption aiming various parties whose main thing, the RPR, was directed then by Jacques Chirac.
