Michel Germinated
Michel Germinated , born the May 19th 1929 with Vitry-sur-Seine and dead the January 29th 2007 of the continuations of a cancer, is a Politician French. He was president of the General advice of the Valley-of-Marne of March 1976 at March 2001. Member of the French Communist party of August 1944 at 1947 (it is then suspended for lack of assiduity to the meetings of cells) then of 1951 with its death.
War orphan, it enters to the École Estienne in 1943, and becomes workman printer typographer. He enters the Résistance as of the 15 years age.
Elected to the General advice of the Valley-of-Marne to his creation, the September 24th 1967, it reaches the presidency of the departmental assembly the March 18th 1976, succeeding Roland Nungesser. Its successor is Christian Favier, elected in March 2001. At this station, it creates the first culture sections and archaeological departmental, and conceives the Musée of contemporary art of the Valley-of-Marne to Vitry-sur-Seine.
It sticks in particular to early childhood, by developing the number of cribs, and fighting against infant mortality, and with the environment, by multiplying the surface of the green areas and by equipping the department with a public service of water. He was vice-president of the Association of the friends of the Museum of the National Champigny-on-marl Resistance. He had lost his Daniel older brother, resistant communist, off-set to Auschwitz in 1942.
